SHIP THE PRODUCT TO US FOR FAILURE ANALYSIS AND REPAIR
SHIP THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO US WITH A COPY OF YOUR SHIPMENT INVOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RETURN NUMBER ISSUE
RECEIVE FAILURE ANALYSIS AND WARRANTY REPORT
OUR PRODUCT TEAM WILL INSPECT THE RETURNED PRODUCT TO
DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE AND VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.
IF WARRANTY IS DECLINED, SUBMIT A PURCHASE ORDER FOR REPAIRS
OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL SEND YOU A QUOTE FOR REPAIRS OR NEW PRODUCT ALONG WITH A PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT
PRODUCT REPAIRED AND SHIPPED
WE WILL REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHIP IT BACK TO YOU
NOTE:
IF THE WARRANTY IS APPROVED, WE WILL REPAIR AND SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU AT NO ADDITIONAL COST WE WILL ISSUE A CREDIT MEMO FOR YOUR PROVIDED SHIPMENT INVOICE ONCE THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS INSPECTED BY OUR ENGINEERING TEAM AND THE WARRANTY HAS BEEN APPROVED
