OUR PRODUCT TEAM WILL INSPECT THE RETURNED PRODUCT TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE AND VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.

WE WILL REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHIP IT BACK TO YOU

IF THE WARRANTY IS APPROVED, WE WILL REPAIR AND SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU AT NO ADDITIONAL COST WE WILL ISSUE A CREDIT MEMO FOR YOUR PROVIDED SHIPMENT INVOICE ONCE THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS INSPECTED BY OUR ENGINEERING TEAM AND THE WARRANTY HAS BEEN APPROVED
